Enty - evnty.io collects only the data needed to operate event marketplace, RSVP, account, support, vendor, payment, and compliance workflows. Data we process We may process account details, contact information, Kuwait mobile numbers, event dates, addresses, service preferences, cart and order data, payment status, invoice data, support requests, complaint records, vendor license information, and technical logs needed for security and fraud prevention. Demo product content may use free-license assets until final vendor materials are approved. Why we process data We use data to create accounts, provide marketplace services, conclude and execute electronic contracts, issue invoices, process payments through licensed providers, support customers and vendors, handle complaints, retain legally required records, meet MOCI and CBK obligations, protect the platform, and improve service quality. Cybersecurity and protection measures Enty applies Kuwait cybersecurity standards and data protection measures aligned with Kuwait National Cybersecurity Center guidance and decisions. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures, including access controls, secure transport, monitoring, backups where appropriate, and regular updates to data protection systems. Sharing We share data only as needed with vendors, payment service providers, logistics or support providers, professional advisers, regulators, and authorities where required by law. Payment providers process payment details under their own regulated obligations. Retention Complaint data is retained for at least six months. Documents and transaction records required for digital commerce are retained for at least five years and made available to the Ministry on lawful request. Customers may request their own records at any time.
